RUN ON FRENCH SAVINGS BANKS.

[I'EESS ASSOCIATION.] PARIS, 12th November. A run has occurred on the non-postal savings banks in France. It is attributed to reactionary agitators. Since the beginning of the year the withdrawals exceed the deposits by eisrhty-two million fraucs (£3,280,000).
