THE GERMAN TARIFF.
FPRESB ASSOOIATION.I LONDON, 12th November. The Berlin correspondent of The Times states that the German Government is reconciled to the loss of the Tariff Bill, and, will try to renew its commercial treaties fir fivje years. Meanwhile the Government is remodelling the autonomous tariff.
