NEW ZEALAND INVALIDS.
Cablegrams received by the Governor and the Acting-Premier convey the following information : — Lieut. Lascellcs, of Napier, is not dangerously ill. Privnto Walker, of Auckland, is progressing favourably. The condition of Lieut. Ncill, of Dunedin, is unchanged. Private C. U. Skilling, of the Eighth Contingent, is dangerously ill with peritonitis at Klcrksdorp. Private Jolui 1 Helm, of Heil^ehope, Southland, Serjeant J. D. RendiOy, of Watujanui, and i'livulc Chas, Kelland, of Rangttata, are still dangerously ill of enteric fever. Private W. A. Harvey (Eighth Contingent) and Win. Howard (Sixth Contingent) havo developed enteric fever at Johannesburg and Wynberg respectively. Privates Patrick Lee, Win. Grant, and Wm. Wlntter, who were injured in the railway accident, aro still dangerously ill.
