THE FINNISH CONSTITUTION IN DANGER.
LONDON, 23rd April. The majority of Finnish recruits to the Russian army having failed to appear, an Imperial rescript has beep addressed to the Governor of Finland, granting delay in the men joining the colours, but threatening the abolition of the Finnish Constitution in the event of further evasion of service.
