Ton per cent, duty ha? been placed on bags and saoks not clsowhoro included, five per cent, on tents, tarpaulias, calls, and flags, and fhtccn per cent, on gas, oil, high speed, and turbina engines. A proposal to rcduco tho duty on bananas was negatived. '
