EMPIRE BAZAAR.

The " Pirates of Penzance" played with their usual success at the Skating Rink last evening, while the young lady canvassers "pirated" in aproved manner in the body of the hall. There was a large attendance, and a general air of prosperity. Miss Jennie Sheen, who is "Mabel" in the "Pirates," was the recipient of a splendid bouquet on her singing of "Poor Wandering One," and during the evening was -presented with a handsome gold bracelet set with stones. The names of the winners of raffles last evening are as follows : — Watson, Dealy, Shanahan, Baird, Pettit, Green, Turnbull, Langley, Hanley Segrief, Mulhane, Walker, Macarthy, Costello, Goodwin, M'Gilligan, Murray, Bourke, O'Sullivan, Compton, Carrigan and Daly.
