SUBJECTS FOR THE PREMIERS. [PBKSS ASSOCIATION.] MELBOURNE, 11th April. Senator R. E. O'Connor, Vice-Preaident of tho Executive Council, stated in tho Senate that in addition to tho subjects proposed by New Zealand for discu*sion nt ihe Premiers' Coul'eieuce in London, South Africa had proposed thn following subjects : — Naturalisation, the political relations of the Mother Country with the colonies, defence, tho relations of Australia and New Zealand to the Paciilo Islands, and the commercial relations of the Empire.
