PRO-BOER AGITATION.

THE REFUGEE CAMPS. LONDON, 27th June. The Radicals' pro-Boer agitation is based on Miss Emily Hqbhouse's sensational reports with reference to the condition of the Boer refugee camps, made on behalf of the Distress Committee. The Rev. Adrian Hofmcyer, writing to The Times states that he viaited the same camps as Miss Hobhouse. He alleges that her statements display ignorance of the real facts, and are highly coloured. Ho adds that the refugees admitted to him that the officials, were doing everything possible.
