THE ANGLO-GERMAN AGREEMENT. LONDON, 29th October.
The Berlin Post Btates that Germany has entered into the recent agreement with Great Britain in order to prevent a separate Russo-British understanding. It adds tliafc the Anglo-German agreement leaves Russia a free hand in Manchuria. Austria and Hungary, Italy and Japan concur in the agreement.
