ARRIVAL AT ALBANY. AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. J. H. Witheford, M.H.R., has received a cablegram from Albany stating that the transport Tropea, with New Zealand remounts on board, has arrived at that port. She met with a heavy gale in which 19 hordes were lost. The reot are in fair condition. The steamer was hove-to for 17 houjs.
