NOTES.
Mr. J. F. Reid, of Elderslie, has purchased Gipsy Grand,' the Dunedin Uup winner, for stud purposes. He has also bought from Messrs. Stephenson and Hazlett Illusion, dam of Rougemont, her yearling gelding by Stepniak, her filly foal by Gipsy Grand, and Marlin, stinted to the latter sire.
