t [PItESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received January 27, 9.20 a.m.) Constantinople, 26th January. The Turkish Government has repaid to the relatives of Mr. Whittall, the son of a British merchant, who was captured by brigands near Smyrna in December last, the sum of £1500 which he paid to secure his release.
