4 [PBESS ABSOCIATJON.] Pekin, 26th January. The Russian guard in this city has been reduced to the strength of those maintained by the other Powers represented. (Received January 27, 9.10 a.m.) Pekin, 26th January. Sir Claude Mac Donald, British Minister here, is pressing the Chinese Government to punish the officials implicated in the murder of Mr. Fleming, the missionary who was killed at Panghai in November last.
