• ♦ THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS. ♦ DISAGREEMENTS AMONG THE INSURGENTS. [PBKBB ASSOCIATION.] London, 27th December. A Beuter's despatch from Manila states that the Filipino Congress has adjourned, as it was unable to agree. The Cabinet has also resigned, but Mabini, one of the irreconcilables, is endeavouring to form a Ministi'y. Aguiualdo, leader of the native insurgents, has fled to Cavite, fearing assassination.
