TRANCE HASTENING TO MAKE QUICK-FIRING GUNS. [PBEBS ASSOCIATION.] Pabis, 27th December. France is rapidly constructing artillery which will be capable of firing 20 shots per minute. [For 6orae time past it has been a subject of complaint by leading English papers that Britain is allowing the Continental armies, and especially that of France, to outstrip her in the adoption of the best and smartest modern ordnance.]
