ITALY'S POSSESSIONS IN THE RED SEA. A NEW TREATY WITH MENELIK. [PEESS ASSOCIATION.] Rome, 27th December.
An Italian-Abyssinian treaty has been concluded by which King ,Menelik recognises the present frontier of Erythrea (Italy's Eed Sea colony), his right being, however, retained to occupy the territory if Italy should withdraw.
