It is understood that the Government will suffer no stress in consequence of this step. Sydney, 26th December. The bodies of Moncreiff and Gronow, two of the men buried in the East Greta Colliery, one of the principal mines of .Newcastle, on 18th November, through the collapsing of the roof of a tunnel, have been recovered. The indications are that the men died from suffocation. The body of the third victim is expected to l^e recovered hourly.
