M. de Freycinet, Minister of War, has ordered tbe punisbmeut of tbose subalterns who have subscribed to tbe fund raised by the reactionary party and the military to enable the widow of the late Colonel Henry — the officer of the Intelligence Department who committed suicide in prison after making a confession of forgery — to prosecute his accusers. It is also intended to prosecute M. Joseph Reinach, brother of' Baron Reinach, for declaring that the late Colonel Henry was a traitor.
