SEIZURE OF CONTRABAND GOODS IN ENGLAND. Sydney, Ist May. The despatch of the Sunday Times states that an American flying squadron of five vessels has been ordered to sail immediately news has been received of the departure of the Spanish fleet from St. Vincent. Its destination is unknown, but it will probably effect a junction with Captain Sampson's North Atlantic Squadron. (Received May 2, 9.40 a.m.) Rio de Janeiro, Ist May. The American battleship Oregon has arrived at Rio de Janeiro.
