POISONING WITH MATCHHEADS.
♦ [by telegraph—press association.] Auckland, 14th March. Mr. Flanagan, of Paeroa, nearly poisoned himself by eating match-heads, owing, it is said, to family troubles. Dr. Buckby attended, and administered an emetic, and after a considerable time he succeeded in relieving 1 the sufferer.
