The Vienna correspondent of The Times states that the Porte is disposed to accept the rectification of the frontier of Thessaly instead of insisting on its claim to the entire territory. The foreign Embassies are incensed at the Sultan appealing to Russia and Germany to assist him in retaining Thessaly. They consider it will interfere with the peace negotiations.
