GERMAN ANIMOSITY TO ENGLAND.
[PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received January 2, 9.55 a.m.) Lokdon, Ist January. The Berlin correspondent of The Times, in communicating to that journal, states that there are continual signs of animosity towards Great Britain, and the writer predict* that this condition of affairs willprove one of the chief features in th» present year's foreign relations.
