THE WOOL MARKET.
[PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Sydney, 27th November. The wool sales, excepting for inferior sorts, closed firm, with an active demand, and prices about the same as late rates. In Melbourne, where previous buying had been on the expectation of a 10 per cent, rise at the' opening of the London sales, values have fallen about a farthing per lb. (Received November 28, 11 a.m.) London, 27th November. Wool is very brisk, and the market is hardening. Good greasies and faulty scoureds have improved most. The series of sales will close on the 11th December. The Bradford market is restrictive.
