'■ A meeting of Junior Association foot8 bailers was held last night, when it was 7 unanimously resolved to form a new club, to ■1 be called the Rangers, the first eleven to 0 play for the Junior Cup and the seoond for ,® the Third-olass Cup. About 30 players' " names were placed on the list of members, '" and the following officers were eleoted: — President, Mr. P. S. Casaidy ; Vioo-Presi. dents, Messrs. A. Henderson, T. Shields, Haddon, and F. Earle; Captain, Mr. H. Earle ; Vice-Captain, Mr. J. Hay ; Captain of Seoond Eleven ; Mr. C- Gamble; Score* tary and Treasurer, Mr. K. J. Blair ; Match Committee, Messrs. E.
