♦ ANOTHER DEATH UNDER CHLOROFORM. I BY TELEGRAPH. — PBBBB ASSOCIATION. ) ChriBTchukch, Ist December. Yesterday morning a girl named Ruby Ooedf, 8J years old, died under chloroform while an operation was being performed on her throat. Dunbdin, Ist Deoember. John M'Kenzie, a miner, living at a place called Coolgardie, near Alexandra, has been found dead in his hut. He had been in bad health for some time past. Haweba, This Day. Henry M'Lean, aged 24, son of Mr. George M'Lean, an old and respected settlor, died this morning. He was injured in a football match last Queen's Birthday, receiving & spinal injury, and has been confined to bed ever since.
