♦ [PBB3B ASSOCIATION.] Melbourne, 30th November. At the Bioyole Club's meeting, the Mile International Scratch Race was won by Martin (America), Pareons Becond, and Harris third. There was a great finish, and Martin won by only a wheel. Time, 2min 38 4 53ec. The Viotoria Mile resulted — Payne, 60yds, 1 ; Pither, 40yds, 2 ; Megaon, 40yds, 3. Payne won easily. Five heats of the Austral Wheel Eaoe have been decided, and the race is to be oompleted on Saturday next. Parsons put up a record for the Australian half-mile, oovering the distance in 57 l-saec. Harris, the English champion, and Zimmerman are matched for a mile race, and the contest is to take place on New Year's Day.
