'I he Embassies have insisted that additional measures shall be taken by the Forte to preserve order in Anatolia, tho western province of Asia Minor It is reported that Groat Britain is sending four more Consuls to towus in Armenia. The Great Powers eaoh require an addi- ■ tional guuboat at Constantinople j Pabib, 21st November. The Froneh press approves of the Sultana message to Lord Salisbury.
