M'Callough gave notioe to aik the Colonial Seotetary on Friday, 23rd August, for a return showing the presoi.t o&pital of the Bank of New Zealand, the ■mount of capital still uncalled up, the number of shareholders, the number ot shareholders holding over 1000 shares, lets than 100) and more than 500 shares, less than 500 and more than 100, and lesß than 100 shared, the total ram paid in dividends sinoe 1880, the'sum receiyed from the 1 last call, the cipital and number of shareholder a in the Eafitsa Company, the amount of capital called np, the liability cer share, and the total amount reaeired by the Bank since the Company was formed. The Connoil adjourned at 3 p.m.
