OBITUARY.
[by teliabaph.-»7bess association.} Bulls, This Dat. Mr. C. L. W. M'Lean, of Bulls, died of heart disease at 12.45 last night. Deceased was Secretary to the Rangitikei Racing Clnb, a member of the Rangitikei County Connoil, and Clerk to the Bullb Town Board. He was greatly respected throughout the district. He was a Past Master of the Rangitikei Masonic Lodge, and will be buried with Masonic honours. (Our Own Correipondmt.) Lawbence, This Dat. Mr. H. C. Clayton, a very old resident of the Tuapeka district, who has been identified with the goldmining industry almost from the rush to Gabriel's Gully in 1861, died early this morning.
