The defence is that there was not on the premises at the time of the fire the value of goods stated in the proposal form. Tho plaintiffs' case is not yet finished. Mr. Theo. Cooper, of Auckland, appears for tho plaintiffs, and Mr. £>c Laatour for tha defendant company.
