The Welcome Company's shareholders have accepted Mr. Ziman'B terms for the purchase of their property— .624,ooo in paidup Bhares in tho proposed new company, which ia to have a capital of £110,000 in £1 shares. Auckland, This D it. The Wai hi Company iv tho last 28 days crnshed 2910 tons, whioh yielded J89581 worth of bullion, an increase of £43S on hut month's yield. Tho Waitekauri mine's yield for 28 days, during whioh 151 tons was crushed, is CBSoz bullion, value .£730. The Cassel Company treated 1050 tons Waihi tailings for a return worth .£354. The Woodstock United obtained JE9BB worth of bullion from 240 tons ; the KapaiYormont (Kuaotunu), 89ioz gold, valne .£3235, from 28S tons.
