IUNITKD PBKBB ASSOCIATION. I (Received September 19, 0.30 p.m.) Sydsjut, This Pay. The Legislative Assembly by 58 to 13 affirmed tho principle of Womanhood Suffrage. The Premier (Mr. Reid) in supporting the proposal, said tho country had not given its mandate to alter the Constitution in tho direction required, or showed anything but apathy in tho matter. _ Sir Gcorgo Dibba announced his convorsiou in favour of Womanhood .uiffragc. Sir Henry Parkes also supported tho motion.
