Wakerle, tho new President of tho Hungarian Ministry, states his Government is determined to strengthen tho bonds between Hungary and Austria. He intends to uphold the Triple Alliance, and extend commercial treaties. War he considers very remote. Rome, 2nd January. King Humbert declares he can foresee the surest auspices of peace in Europe. The Italian Government aro negotiating with Switzerland with a view to securing the Swiss trade.
