The Irish National League of Great Britain havo carried a resolution deploring the dynamite outrage in Dublin, and declaring that the anti-Home Rule Party is the only section not joining in detestation of the crime. A parcel containing 21bs of blasting powder has been found in tho basement of Rathmines Chapel, one of the largest ed'fices in Dublin. There was no fuse attached to it. Paijib, 31st December. Galignani's Messenger, an English daily newspaper published hore, publishes what is reported to be the confession of ono Murphy, a Dublin chemist, who claims to be the author of the recent .dynamite outrage.
