At' the inquest on Frederiok Plummer, the n Papakura constable deposed that deceased ¦ fired twice at them. Thpy only fired to intimidate him, and wore surprised that the shot took effeot. The jury found a verdict that Plummer was shot by the constable in * the oxecution of his duty, being Justifiable Homicide, and added a ridor commending the conduct of the constables.
