AFFAIRS IN MOROCCO.
[united press association. I London, 20th August. A Blue Book containing the despatches relating to the position of affairs in Morocco has been issued. In one despatch to Sir Euan Smith, the British Commissioner, the Marquis of Salisbury writes lamenting that the mission had been thwarted from the first by misrepresentations, tho source of which, he said, it was necessary to enquire into, as it was clearly indicated that the French Government were at tho bottom of them.
