QUEER BEHAVIOUR OF A BANKRUPT.

A bankrupt named Alexander M'Naught, who has been in prison for about four monthu for contempt of Court in rofusing to answer questions, was brought before Judge Ward to-day. He refused to go into tho boi till the tsorgoant of Polico was brought in. On I w *P C?? a PPoari'nKtllo bankrupt domanded that the Doputy Assigneo be given in charge for perjury. Nothing could induce tho bankrupt to answer questions, and ho was sent back to prison, Jndge Ward undertaking to xv' n f matter of tho man's sanity before the Minister for Justice bo that ho could be medically examined.
