They recommend early sowing and tho cultivation of an early -ripening wheat, tho harvesting of rust-infected crops in an early stage, and the growing of wheat after crops of a different order agreeably to tho truo principles of rotation. The Commission also propose the establishment of central stations in each colony to test now wheats introduced into the country.
