The Paris Chamber of Commerce is petitioning the Government to establish a commercial treaty with Spain, on the ground that England and Germany are absorbing the Spanish trade. The house of the judge who tried the Paris Anarchists has been wrecked by an explosion of dynamito. Two persons were injured. The damage is estimated at 20,000 francs. Brussels, 11th March.
