Latest. AN OUTBREAK OF FIEF.. THE WORK OF RESCUE ABANDONED. fSPBCIAL. | (Received March 14, 10.50 a.m.) Brussels, 13th March. Tho Charloroi colliery, in which the e,xplosion took place, has caught fire, and the work of rescue has had to be abandoned. It is believed that 140 persons have perished, including five women.
