Thomas Healy, a brother of Tim's, has been elected unopposed for the Woxford North seat, rendered vacant by the resignation of Mr. John Redmond. The election of a member to fill the vacancy in the Kirkcaldy seat, caused by the death of Sir George Campbell, took place to-day, ■when Mr. Dalziel (Gladstonian Liberal) was returned by a majority of 1036 over his opponent, Mr. Cox, the Conservative candidate. Mr. G. W. Hastings, member for East Worcestershire, who was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for fraud, will be expelled from the House of Commons. Latest. A SLIGHT TO THE GOVEENMENT. MB.
