ORIENTAL BAY RECLAMATION.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir— Will you kindly inform me, throngh the medium of your widely circulated paper, whether or not the gentleman who is now so ' actively engaged in thwarting the efforts which are being made to carry out the projected reclamation at Oriental Bay is tho identical individual who, only a short timo since, applied to the Corporation of this city for permission to erect a patent slip there, and was, bf course, refused it. -_.
