THE VEITCH ASSA ULT CASE.
(By Tblxqbaph.l | united press association.] Auckland, Ist April. Thomas F/y, alias Floyd, who was arrestod on a charge of assault aud robbery of tho old man Wm. Veitch, who has sinoe died, was brought up_ to-day at tho Polico Court, acd obarged with tho wilful murder of Veitch. On the application of Inspector Brobaru the case was rnmanded for a week.
