Dr. Giles, R M., and Dr Hassell, Medical Superintendent of the Avondale Asylum, have been asked by the Government whether they will act as a Comm'ssion to inquire into the charges made by ex-nnrte Arnaboldi repnrding the Hospital treatment. Dr. Giles, however, has asked to be excused from the duties.
