A valedictory address, signed by most of the olergy in tho diooese, was presented to Bishop Harper to-day. Tho address, which was road by the Dean of Christchurch, expressed tho veneration of subscribers for the Bishop's character, and appreciation of hia work during bis long episcopate. Bishop Harper, who was vory much affected, briefly replied, thanking tho olorgy for tho support thoy hart always given him, and acking that it might be extended to his euocessor.
