Mr. Courtney's Young Colonists.

In connection with the statements re Mr. Courtnev made before the Sweating Commission, Mr. Sadler, a gentleman of means, who first sent his son out to IVranaki through Mr. Courtney's agency and then followed with his family, says Mr. Courtney never posed in England aa a. Government emigration agent. He says Mr. Courtney was not wrong in sending youths from towns out hero to learn 'to become farmors, and one told him that his lot in Taranaki was far better than his father's had been at a corresponding ape at Home. There are a largo number of these cadets in Taranaki, and with tie exception of a few fellows who when in the colony won't even suit themselves to the requirements of farm life, all are doing well.
