The language of the Czar on the occasion of the betrothal of the daughter of the Prince of Montenegro has caused a feeling of disquietude both hero and in Vienna. Relations are strained between Switzerland and Germany, in consequence of the arrest in the former conntry of two German commercial travellers on a false charge of being spies. Bohe, Ist June. King Humbert's return to this city to-day was celebrated with great enthusiasm. At the railway station he was met by the members of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, and along the ronte to the Quirinal he was heartily cheered. Belgrade, Ist June. M. Garaachenin has appealed against being arrested on a charge of attempting to kill a student.
