CEREMONIAL BANQUETS. [UNITED PKBBS XSSOdIITION.I Paris, 11th May. Sir F. Dillon 801 l and Sir W. L. Buller were among those present at tho banquet given in the Exhibition building by Sir Polydore de Koysor to tho Mayor of Paris. 12th May. The Municipal Council have entertained M. Sadi Carnot at a banquet, at whioh COO guests attonded. Tho President rendered homage to the Foreign Commissioners at tho Exhibition. • Latest. At the banquet given in honour of tho opening of the Exhibition; President Carnot extended a hearty woloomo to all foreigners, and assured them that France was doßirona of maintaining poaco.
