The Roichßtagr yeatorday had under eousideration the case of Profoaßor Geffohen, oharged with publishing the diary of the late Emperor Froderiok. The indictment Bets forth that in the year 1879, whan at Wießbaden, the then Crown Prince wai indnced to lend his diary to the professor. Tb« volume consisted of 700 pages, and was in the possession of Geffchen for three weoka. The profotnor is ohargod with extracting 20 pagcß of the diary. A duplicate of the diary is misßing.
