[Br Telegraph.] [UNITES PBB9B ASSOCIATION. I New Plymouth, 26th October. The Supremo Court was occupied all day with a charge of arson against L. A. Langley, of Hawera, a storokeopor. There aro thirty witnesses in the case. It is not expected to conclude till to-morrow night. This is the last case on the oriminal calendar. The civil business is heavy, including a oase against tho Victoria Insurance Company brought by the Eov. M. S. Breach to recover £300 insurance on the Scotch Church bnrned hero fonr years ago. New Plymouth, This Day. In the Supreme Court tho case of Langloy, oharged with arson at Hawera, which was commenced yesterday, was resumod this morning, a large numbor of witnossos being examined.
